Joe O’Brien

As President of Red Creek Land Acquisitions at Patten Sales & Marketing, Joe has 31 years of experience in land development. He has worked all over the United States and on a broad variety of property types, including timber properties and properties with complex development issues. He has been responsible for overseeing Red Creek Ranch with regard to acquisition, development and marketing of over 120,000 acres with sales totaling over $125 million. He has developed numerous different types of ranches in Colorado and Missouri. Many Red Creek Ranch projects require expertise in not just marketing large ranches but also experience in grazing management plans, water and mineral rights and many other complex issues that are unique to the West. Joe is a member of the National Realtor Land Institute Ranch Broker Network and serves on the local Boards of Pueblo Economic Development Corp, Pueblo General Contractors, Pueblo Community College Advisory Board, and has previously served on several other community boards as well.
