Steven J. Guy
As the Executive Vice President Sales and Operations, and Steve has been involved with Patten Sales & Marketing since July 2009. During his tenure, Steve has helped coordinate the sales and marketing efforts of over $160 million in sales volume. In addition, his expanding role with the company includes working with the senior management team in acquisitions, due diligence research, recruiting, business development and future markets potential.
Steve has been associated with land development, vertical construction and sales development in several areas of business since the mid-1980’s. During the early to mid-2000’s, Steve joined the Fortune 250 Builder, Centex Destination Properties, and was responsible for coordinating the sales and marketing efforts of over $400 million in sales revenue for communities located across the nation.
